Donation receipts will be issued for all contributions. Donors are requested to provide accurate contact details for this purpose.

Sri Ramanujar Trust reserves the right to allocate funds to the areas most in need unless specified by the donor.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Razorpay using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

All transactions are processed in INR (₹).

Donors are responsible for providing accurate billing and transaction information.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Donations, once processed, cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

In case of a technical error (such as duplicate transactions), please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Any request for refund due to an error must be accompanied by proof of the transaction.

5. Tax Exemption

Donations to Sri Ramanujar Trust may be eligible for tax exemption under applicable Indian laws.

A valid 80G certificate (if applicable) will be provided upon request.

6. Shipping Policy

Sri Ramanujar Trust does not sell or ship any physical goods. All contributions and donations made through our website are used for our charitable activities and services, which are delivered directly to the beneficiaries. As no products are dispatched, shipping and delivery terms are not applicable.
