Food for Homeless and Poor People
Serving with Dignity, Sharing with Love

Every human being deserves a basic right to food. At Sri Ramanujar Trust, we are committed to ensuring that no one sleeps hungry, especially those who are forgotten by society—the homeless, the poor, and the destitute.

Our daily and weekly food distribution drives aim to provide warm, nutritious meals to people living on the streets, pavements, railway stations, and other vulnerable areas. We don’t just serve food—we serve it with respect, care, and compassion, believing that food served with dignity can restore hope.

What We Do:
  • Prepare and distribute freshly cooked meals
  • Serve in areas where the need is highest
  • Offer clean drinking water and sometimes clothing during drives
  • Focus on hygienic, balanced, and filling meals (rice, vegetables, dal, etc.)
Why This Matters:
  • For many, this is the only meal of the day
  • Brings relief and comfort during extreme weather
  • Restores self-worth and emotional strength
  • Encourages a culture of kindness and inclusion

We rely on the generosity of donors and volunteers to carry out this noble mission. Every rupee, every helping hand, and every kind word makes a real difference in the life of someone who has nothing.
